When sending in Tefillin or Mezuzos in the mail be sure to seal them in a zip lock bag and wrap them in bubble wrap or paper to protect them.

When shipping your Tefillin and/or Mezuzos you must include the checking form.

In addition to clicking the submit button on the checking form (so we will know to expect your Mezuzos or Tefillin)

Please right-click over the form and select print. Include this form in the package with items being sent in to be checked. 

Payment is only due after all your items have been checked.

There are times when Mezuzos or Tefillin may need extra work or need to be replaced. Should that be the case we will contact you and discuss all the available options before any items are repaired or replaced.

Once the work is done we will send you an invoice.
