Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped promptly through the method selected usually within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order besides weekends, legal holidays, and some Jewish Holidays.
When ordering Tefillin please allow 5-7 days for your order to be ready for shipping.
In the event an item is out of stock shipping will be delayed several days until the order can be completed. If the item is unavailable we will contact you and give you the option to have the order shipped minus that item.
Once your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail. Please make your selection for shipping carefully, unless the option with insurance is chosen your item will be mailed out uninsured.
If Usps is not a reliable method for delivery in your area, be sure to select the UPS option or UPS with insurance and signature required.

Returns & Replacements
Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, postage prepaid, for exchange, store credit, or full refund.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any returned merchandise must be undamaged, unused and unworn with all original packaging.
-Custom orders, such as personalized items and Sta"m (Mezuzah, Tefillin, Megillah Sefer Torah) cannot be returned unless defective.
-Sefer Torah or Shul ornaments such as Ner Tomid, Yad, Crown, Brest plates..., are not stocked and are ordered as needed from our suppliers and are therefore not returnable. Be 100% sure you like the style before you order.
Returns should be sent to The Sofer Center 25 Main St Monsey, NY 10952. Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return.
