Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped promptly through the method selected usually within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order besides weekends, legal holidays, and some Jewish Holidays.
When ordering Tefillin please allow 7-10 days for your order to be ready for shipping. If you are ordering a Talis or Tefillin bag please allow 7-14 days
In the event an item is out of stock shipping will be delayed several days until the order can be completed. If the item is unavailable we will contact you and give you the option to have the order shipped minus that item.
Once your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail. Please make your selection for shipping carefully, unless the option with insurance is chosen your item will be mailed out uninsured.
If Usps is not a reliable method for delivery in your area, be sure to select the UPS option or UPS with insurance and signature required.

Returns & Replacements
Generally speaking, items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, postage prepaid, for exchange, store credit, or full refund*.
Any returned merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and unworn with all original packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
However, custom orders such as personalized items and Sefer Torah or Shul ornaments such as Ner Tomid, Yad, Crown, and Brest plates... cannot be returned unless defective.
As well, due to the delicate nature of Sta"m (Mezuzah, Tefillin & Megillah) and the time-consuming preparation required of each and every item, Sta"m can only be returned within 7 days of their receipt and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. They must be in the exact same condition as how they were sent to you, we will determine that once it is returned to us.
Of course, if they are defective (Chas Veshalom) within 30 days a full refund will be provided or the option to have a replacement sent out.
Please contact us for the return shipping address. Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. If you have any questions about our return policies, please feel free to contact us.
*As of April 11, 2023, our processors will no longer be refunding processing fees for canceled orders. All orders that are canceled due to the customer's request will be refunded minus the 3.5% fee.
