The sizes in the listing represent the height of the Klaf that goes inside the Mezuzah case not the actual case.  The 10cm is for a 10cm Klaf the actual dimensions of the cover are a bit bigger.  The 12cm is for a 12cm Klaf the actual dimensions of the cover are a bit bigger. The 15cm is for a 15cm Klaf the actual dimensions of the cover are a bit bigger.
Each Mezuzah case comes with double sided tape and a pack of 2 screws for mounting.
