1) This is a service that we provide when purchasing new Retzuos and you would like them to be tied on your Tefillin add this item with your selection along with the purchase of your Retzuos. Then mail us your Tefillin.
In checkout, there is a charge for shipping that is to cover the return shipping of the Tefillin once we are done tying on your new Retzuos.
